The United States has announced a major expansion of humanitarian aid to Africa, pledging billions in food, medical, and development assistance to address hunger, conflict, and climate-driven crises.
The US has said it will give a lot more humanitarian help to Africa since more people are going hungry, there are more climate-related disasters, and more people are having to flee their homes because of war.
